Reflecting on an Unforgettable Third Sunday of Advent at Pender!**

Sunday, December 17, 2023 hearts were deeply moved at Pender as our Director of Music, Patrick King, transformed the pulpit into a stage of spiritual and musical harmony. His inspiring message, titled "What Can I Give God?", resonated with all who were present, weaving a tapestry of faith and melody.

Patrick offered a stirring exploration into the profound essence of Advent, sharing insights that touched every soul.

Scriptural Journey:** The readings, Isaiah 64:1-4, 8-11; Matthew 15:1-9, and Isaiah 35:10, brought ancient words to life, speaking directly to our modern hearts.

The Common Ground Praise Band captivated us with renditions of "Here I am to Worship" by Tim Hughes, "Heart of Worship" by Michael W. Smith, "10,000 Reasons" by Matt Redman, and "Praise Adonai" by Paul Baloche.

A special moment was shared as Patrick and Landry Lennon lit the Advent wreath, symbolizing hope and light.
