On the second Sunday of Advent, December 8, 2024, as Pastor Bruce Johnson led our congregation in a reflective service titled "A Time to Prepare." Drawing from the prophetic words of Malachi 3:1-4, the encouragement found in Philippians 1:3-11, and the calling of John the Baptist in Luke 3:1-6, Pastor Johnson explored the themes of preparation and renewal as we anticipate the coming of Christ.

During this special service, we also witnessed the lighting of the second Advent candle by Janet McConaghie and Stan Kurzeja, symbolizing Christ as the Way, and celebrated the sacrament of infant baptism.
