On Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM, the First Sunday in Advent, we began the season of anticipation and hope. Pastor Bruce Johnson preached on “A Bright Future,” drawing from Isaiah 2:1–5, Romans 13:11–14, and Matthew 24:36–44—three powerful texts that call us to awaken, prepare, and watch for Christ’s coming.

This service included the Blessing of the Advent Wreath and the lighting of the First Advent Candle (Christ Our Hope) by Pamela and David Kinard. Let the journey to Christmas begin with light, Word, and worship.
