All God's Children March for a Ceasefire
Schedule for the day:
At around 9 am we will be coming to the church with a vehicle packed with large items such as tents, sleeping bags, and cooking equipment. If we are able to access the church at that time to drop some things off that would be great; if not it can wait until everyone has arrived later in the day.
Around 2 pm the march will arrive. Currently, I anticipate roughly 45 people but that could change as registrations for the march continue to come in.
One thing I didn't mention on the phone is our evening meal. We are still working out details around meal preparation. If there is anyone from Pender that would be interested in providing a meal, supplies for a meal, and/or helping to make the evening meal that would be a huge blessing. But it is not a requirement.
At 7:15 pm we will have an evening gathering with singing, prayer, a story from Palestine, and some community sharing. We would love to have folks from Pender join us for this evening gathering!
We will pack up and leave Pender by 8 am the following day, July 27th.
